Conference Registration ONLY.
*After July 1st, registration rates are $219 for National/Sprouts National and $169 for Express. Rates increase by $10 each month until July 15. Group rate is per person for 4 or more registering at the same time.
How to Register: We offer online registration for individuals and groups. Please have contact information and date of birth available for each registrant. A one-time credit card processing fee of 4% plus $1 per registrant is collected at the time of registration.
Cancellation/Change Policy: Changes to a registration may be made at any point for a fee of $10 per person.
Cancellations may elect to donate their registration to our Scholarship Fund or request a refund until June 15. Registrations will be refunded, minus the original processing fee and a $20 cancellation fee. We can no longer offer refunds after June 15.
